There's no place like home
Or at least there used to not be. I could not believe how much Las Vegas has changed. I can't even describe it. It's just not my little home town anymore. It's a huge, smack you in the face, gigantic city now. The desert is full and I'm not sure if I like how big it is.
Other than that, Mike & I had a good time. We stayed at the Monte Carlo...
View from one of the skywalks over the strip.
Had dinner at Gordon Ramsay's BurGR and loved it!
Found some machines that were nice to us.
Caught a glimpse of the not-yet-finished High Roller Observation wheel.
Mike in front of Caesar's Palace
The Bellagio
A quick shot of Liberace Museum - because it was too Vegas not to.
The Ice Bar in the Monte Carlo
Mike with the Blue Men
A day trip to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam
View from our hotel room
The Fremont Street Experience - even the penny slots got a new face.
Had a cool little mini museum with lots of Elvis memorabilia
